My Wedding

It was such a beautiful day for Patrick and I and I am thrilled to share it with you.  Enjoy!

The reception was held at the Heart In Hand in Clifton, Va.  Unfortunately, this location has moved to Warrenton.

Patrick and I had a table set up with pictures of us as we grew up.

We also showed off beautiful pictures of our parents weddings.  I adore this photo of my parents!  My dad is such a cool cat and my mom looks gorgeous!  A sweet North Carolina wedding.

Patrick's parents were married in Indiana.  Such a fun picture!

My dad had passed away a little over a year before our wedding.  But he was with me on that special day.

Patrick and I made a book on blurb.com of our engagement photos so people could write sweet messages and advice as a keepsake.

We had the entire Heart In Hand restaurant to ourselves for over five hours, and this tent space connected to the back is what sealed the deal.  It was air-conditioned, had beautiful chandeliers and gorgeous flowers surrounding.  It was perfect for our intimate, country style wedding!

We also hired a band!  No DJ for us - we had too many bad experiences at other people's weddings.  The Jangling Reinharts made it an amazing night with their great music!

We had an open bar all night serving only beer and wine.

Family - we were missing my Dad greatly that night, but my family and I still had a special and fun night.  Here I am dancing with my sweet older brother.

It was a fabulous night!  Time to make our departure with sparklers!

I was so nervous that my hair was going to catch on fire because it was shlacked with SO much hairspray!  Luckily, I survived!
