I Heart Blogging!

A great three-day weekend! Some relaxing, some hanging out with great people, and some blog designing! :)

Friday was another day of learning html and working more on starting up my blog designing business: One Fine Blog Design. If you scroll all the way down, you'll see on the left sidebar, My Business in the Works. Keep checking back for more updates and the true design of the page! I'm very excited to launch this site and get this business going. It's really become a great love of mine doing some simple web design. I hope that I can work with you all one day...should be fun!!! So, continue to check back for the launch!!

In order to create better blog designs, today I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 7...I'm stoked to say the least! This is the program I need, and to top it all off, it's a tax-free weekend right now, so that saved me a bundle! Oh how I love a steal!
Saturday night was a lot of fun while I was able to hang out with my brother and some of his great friends. They were getting together to have a cook-out and to watch the big UFC fight of the night. Now, I've never seen a UFC fight, and it was interesting to watch men go in a cage and simply beat eachother up. Definitely different, but still kind of cool. But, as always, my favorite part of the night was the food! YUM!

I'm normally not a huge fan of vegetable skewers, but they did them right last night! The onions really did the trick, they evened out the spiciness of the pepper. A little olive oil, salt & pepper, and then grill to perfection!
And if you haven't tried Sweet Baby Ray's various Barbecue sauces, you need to. They are magnificent! We had the Honey Barbecue sauce last night. Well, that's it for me today, I'm off to photoshop it up! I hope everyone had a grand-tastic weekend!
Oh! PS! Pat and I just went to Cheeseburger in Paradise for a happy Sunday lunch, uh, greatest cheeseburger I've had in a while! Do you know they put VELVEETA on their burgers now!?!? Velveeta holds the key to my heart! They were also playing Kokomo by the Beach Boys...too much fun!
