Patrick and I have been together for over eight years now (we met our senior year in college) and were married on April 4, 2009. It's been quite the journey! Spending our first two years long-distance dating, moving in together, planning a wedding, moving in to our first home, and now having a baby. What a whirlwind!
I absolutely can't imagine living life with anyone else, though...he's my rock, and such an amazing dad!
Fun Fact: We are both music teachers! It's amazing to come home to someone who can relate to what I'm going through on a daily basis. The support on both ends is so strong, and for that, I am thankful!

Our little guy, Preston Warren, was born on October 14, 2011 and we are absolutely in love! He is our first child and will be spoiled to tears!
Our baby girl, Lyla Ellen, was born just this past summer on June 30, 2014. She is our second child and has completed our little family. We are smitten!
Follow me throughout this blog as I track my parenting experiences and how they're going. It's always so nice to hear from other young mothers out there, we'll have to share and compare experiences throughout!
