In other good Brody news, we found him a dry food that he really enjoys. We've been struggling with him for the past few months because he really hasn't been eating much. He loves his wet food because it has huge chunks of lamb in it. He adores that. But the lamb flavored dry food he hated.So, we made a shot in the dark and grabbed Chef Michael's dry dog food (Rotisserie Chicken Flavor). HE LOVES IT! We are so happy about that...it's so nice to finally see this dog scarf down his food for once.
He is quite the picky eater...are any of your poodles like that? He's a shih-tzu/poodle mix, so he looks like a shih-tzu, but acts like a poodle. Lucky us.
I think the cool part about this food, that Brody likes, is the fact that there are carrot flavors, pea flavors, and rotisserie chicken that's chewy. Quite a variety, not just one solid taste. It looks like stew to us! We're just glad he's eating like a normal dog!! (Well, he still eats off of a plate like a cat, but shhh...don't tell anyone) ;)What do your dogs eat? Are they picky eaters as well?
