Bath Time

Happy Snow Day, everybody! Patrick and I are resting today from a fabulous Superbowl Party. Sad for the Colts, but it was still a lot of fun with good people and good food :)

I saw a commercial yesterday about Dove Plus for Men. Which got me thinking about girly bath products. We all use different products, so I thought I would share with you the simple things that I use.

I'm not a big shower gel user, never have been. But, I do like soaps that smell good and girly. I use bars of soap, and my favorite is the Dove Cool Moisture bar with a Cucumber Melon scent. Very good for the skin!
As far as shaving goes, I use Gillette Venus razors. Good cut, cute colors, even the razor has a lovely scent! I'll never go back to disposable razors.Shampoo, a big choice. I've tried so many different shampoos and all of them seemed to dry out my thick, curly hair. Now trust me, this shampoo is so simple, but it really conditions the thickness of my hair and leaves it very smooth.

Pert Plus 2 in 1. My hair just can't do those other shampoos/conditioners. I hope Pert Plus comes out with new scents soon!After the shower, to get my hair ready, I go through two easy steps. First I use the best hair gel that really holds my hair and keeps it frizzy free: Aztec Texture Shine. Check out their products, they really do the trick if you have thick, crazy hair like I do.
Then, even though my hair is still wet, I use a bit of Rave hairspray and I'm good to go.

I just scrunch up my hair and let it air dry. Then the curls just kind of happen.
