Proper Stair Master Use

After going to the gym today, I'm realizing that the older I get, my weight shifts to different areas. I just turned 27, and after gaining some weight, I'm gaining more weight in my legs and booty than in my stomach like my early 20's. Very interesting and annoying. So, I am now adding the Stair Master to my daily routine to help those calves, quads, and the good ole' gluteus maximus.

But, whenever you get on a stair master...do you ever feel like you're doing it wrong? Well, I did...I kept looking around wondering if people were laughing out loud watching my hideous technique. So, I found this to help for my next round!


I hope this has been helpful...but since my lower extremeties feel as though they are going to fall off since using this machine...I'm going to relax walk around the mall and shop!

I definitely feel like I do the stairmaster wrong, which is why from now on I stay far away from it in favor of some other machines. Cute blog!
