Ya know?

In my 25 years of life and especially in the past couple of months, one of the main things that I've learned is to never feel sorry or guilty for how you feel.

Things have happened to me in my life that I used to bottle up inside.  The fact that a few people now know of those events and are still in my life, shows that it's OK that I was upset.  It's OK to let people know how you feel.  If something is not right for you, you must do what's best for YOU, not what's right for everyone else.  After my dad died, I never felt guilty for how I felt or how I dealt/deal with it.  I still don't feel bad for how I currently am.

The way you feel is important, don't ever be sorry for who you are and what you feel.
