Sticky Note

*Granola bar in the morning.
*Egg Salad sandwich for lunch.
*A sensible dinner.
*Drink more water throughout the day.

*Up earlier to lift weights.
*Run to gym to walk on treadmill in the afternoon, run home.

*Need to lose 15 pounds.
