But, alas, a funny and witty show with music involved :) I never had a Glee Club in my high school, but we surely had a big choral program. Now, the rehearsals were most assuredly unrealistic, people don't just look at the music for a minute and then sing it perfectly. But, I suppose Fox can make that happen :)
The main character. An outspoken girl who can sing her heart out. She's also in love with the hearthrob of the show, who's unfortunately dating a cheerleader. Isn't that always the case?
The hilarious Cheerleading coach who owns the best lines in the show. "These kids made 17 copies on the teacher's copy machine!!!" HA!
The married glee club director. 
The teacher within the school that openly likes the married glee club director. Also has major OCD!

Dude, I thought she looked like Idina Menzel, too! It's kinda freakish. Loved the show. The Glee Club director reminded me of Pat, hehe.
I just watched this tonight - it's been in the DVR for a few days now. I thought it was pretty great! Hubby...? Not sure it'll be a favorite of his OR that he'll sit and watch it with me, but I liked it!
