ECU Bound!!!

The hubby and I are ECU bound tomorrow and we are SO excited! So, this leaves me with the unfortunate news that I will be taking a short leave of absence from the blogosphere. We won't be back until Sunday evening. But I'll be sure to tell you how the trip went!!

One of the most exciting parts of this trip, though, (even though the game will be amazing) is the people and the FOOD! It will be like another college reunion for us, it will be nice to see those folks! But check out the following restaurants we will be heading to this weekend :)

McAlister's Deli:
The best chips and dip, as well as the BIGGEST SPUDS! (A huge baked potato with whatever you want inside!) I usually get the cheese and ham, YUM!

Chico's Mexican Restaurant:
Infamous in Greenville for their Pirate Burrito Challenge...only few have beat. But, my favorite...the Chicken Tender Salad in a taco shell!

Schlotzsky's Deli:

I'm sorry, but they have THE BEST sandwiches ever made. I wish we had one close to home. :(

And Ham's:
Cheese Fries, Cheese Fries, Cheese Fries. A pile of them. Many a night in college was spent at this place. Good times and fantastic memories!

Ralph's Barbecue:
Whenever we take a trip to NC, we always stop here on the way home. I also pick up some for the family, we all LOVE it. It's a family tradition :)
