Wednesday's Musings - Grateful

Good evening, folks. It's yet another Wednesday...doesn't it seem like the weeks are going by so quickly? But, as I am sitting here thinking back since I began this whole blogging experience...I feel grateful.

Why, you ask? I've realized the many blessings in my life as I've actually been writing about them. I describe my favorite parts of the day, my marriage, my family, etc. I have a lot of good things going on right now. I also know that the experiences I've had that may have made me upset or depressed, really have made me who I am today. So, I am grateful.
Another grateful, fellow blogger that inspired me to write about this is Jennifer at The Days I'll Remember. Read this particular blog post and her eloquently written Wonderful Wednesday story.

PS - her little boy Tucker I could eat up with a spoon!

Be grateful, folks...even for the bad things. They shape our lives into a better situation, it may take a while, but it does eventually happen.

Happy Wednesday!!

Hmm, you know what is funny? I've been thinking about your blog several times today and then I log on just now, check the latest updates come here only to see you linked me in your post, thank you!!

I could have written this post. I view my blog as God's way of reminding me that regardless of what I go through, He is there by my side. The current situation we are facing has truly shaped our life for the better. It's brought Travis & I closer, it's brought our family closer, and most of all it's made me truly examine my relationship and walk with the Lord.

Thank you again for linking me, hope you have a wonderful evening. God bless!!! ~Jen~

The path for one person to get one place....it takes another person a completely different way. Trials are definitely part of our path to endure and learn from, indeed. It's fortunate that there are those who like to remind others that to reap the rewards, you must face the lesson. Have a wonderful Thursday. I'm blog hopping over from Jennifer, actually.

Oh yes, True Blood is good, too! Except I am very OCD and I have to see all the episodes in order (I'm a little crazy!) and I haven't seen season 1, so it bothers me. I did watch a few this summer and I really liked it. I'm going to get the DVD's and watch them. Say yes to the dress is one of my favorites, too! I forgot to put it on my list! Told you this was unhealthy!
