Would you like a new blog design? I would love to work with all of you! :)
Whew, what a night last night, folks! I'm excited to share the stories with you :)
So, our friends, my husband and I all got together for a fun-filled evening of scary times and dinner. It was a lot of fun, but many strange things happened as well. First off, we didn't actually go to Scream Forest because the rain was just too much. It would have been silly to drive an hour just to be soaked.
So instead, we went to a local haunted house, which was alright, but over-priced. The costumes and characters were good, but it wasn't very scary at all. It was also pretty short.
Then we went and ate at a fabulous Mexican restaurant...Pancho Villa. Great food, it was a bit hot in the restaurant, but still a lot of fun. Try it if you haven't already!

Then came the best part of the night. So, instead of Scream Forest, we decided to end the night by going to see Paranormal Activity. FABULOUS movie by the way. It really kept us on the edge of our seats, and it was truly, truly scary :) Perfect for Halloween!
But, that's not even the best part. Before the movie even started, there was a 7-8 person family sitting in the very back. Over half of them were at the concession stand getting food...so the mom was trying to save their seats. The movie theatre was packed, so many people tried to get those seats, but she explained to each person where her family was. Most people complied.
Until a mother/daughter team came up and said: "You can't save seats!"...and pushed their way right in! The one pushed the other lady, they were getting in a chick fight, folks! It was directly behind us, so I surely got up and moved so I wouldn't be anywhere near. But one thing lead to another, and the woman who had been sitting there for a while ended the conversation by THROWING HER DRINK & POPCORN ON THE OTHER WOMAN! Can you believe that!?
(it was pretty amusing!)
