But, before I start with that excitement, I had to share with you a blogger that I recently found who truly is a Pioneer Woman. She lives on the most beautiful ranch with a wonderful family and her Marlboro Man! She also has a cookbook, and we actually used one of her recipes yesterday. Her famous, creamy Mashed Potatoes. A project that I'm going to try is from Thrifty Decor Chick. I want to make her easy DIY ornament wreaths. I'm stoked :) Michael's is having some fabulous deals, so you know where I'll be in the next couple of days! I'll show you my progress as I go along.
Michael's is also having a huge sale on entryway Christmas trees. The hubby and I want something in our apartment for the holidays, and we figured a 6' entryway tree would do the trick in an apartment. We'll save the real tree for later. We will begin looking for a house come January (SO EXCITING!), and this purchase will only be a smart one, because we'll simply use it for it's real purpose at our first house next Christmas!

Mmmmm... mashed potatoes are always sooo much better with cream cheese, aren't they? I also like adding a packet of dry ranch mix, adds some fun flavor. :)
