How about on the beach? A flowy dress, the guys and gals in flip-flops, white linen pants...the wind carrying you all away. Very romantic!
What about a beautiful garden? A spring wedding would be absolutely beautiful in this area.
Garden #2...look at those colors!
Now, here's the rustic look. Outside, in the middle of nowhere, just you and your groom, with this private setting. Another romantic scene...perfect for those who want complete privacy.
In a hotel...I love the fireplace. It's intimate and makes you feel extremely comfortable and at home.
This is absolutely gorgeous. The white drapes in the ceiling, the beautiful aisle to a stone platform. Perfect.
This may be a bit much for me...I'm hoping this was just for that cool picture. But you wouldn't catch me doing that! Especially not in my wedding dress! AHH!
Ahhh, but this breathtaking...A Dawson's Creek wedding! When I re-new my vows...I want to do it here ;)
And the classic church. This was extremely important to me...and you'll see why.
Our ceremony site was different from our reception location. It was nice to have that change of scenery as well as the time inbetween the two events...it gave the attendees time to freshen up and see the city, but also time for the wedding party and us to take pictures at the church and in Clifton, Va.
Christ Presbyterian Church is my families church. My brother and I were baptized here and my father's funeral was held here as well. It's extremely important to my family and I, and it was only right to hold our wedding ceremony here. It felt as though Dad was there with us.

Gorgeous.
My wedding was in April, so the spring flowers were blooming! The church had a beautiful garden out front as well as a sitting area. Perfect for pictures with my bridesmaids :)
I absolutely loved the cathedral ceilings in the church, it felt so grand.
The large, hanging cross is stunning.
And a center aisle. Very important to me...there are many churches that have several aisles, so this made the walk to my husband even more special.
Well...now it's your turn! Tell me where your ceremony was held. On the beach, indoors, outdoors, in a garden? I'm so excited to hear from you, and those girls that are currently planning their wedding will surely appreciate the ideas!

Hi! Wow, some of those venues are amazing. I thought about linking a story I have on my blog currently to your McLinkey but I don't think it fits the parameters. Cute idea, though.

It is so much fun! I'm loving it. I look at my wedding pictures all the time so this is really fun! I'm excited for next week!
OK...Just found you via Taylor at Jimmy Choo's & Baby Too...I am totally linking up right away! I LOVE weddings, and pictures...so this is right up my alley :)
Our wedding was outdoors at our church! We had another venue picked out but they never followed up with us. We were going to use a grassy area across from our church, but because of wet weather we ended up using the steps to fellowship hall as our alter, and put the chairs on the parking lot! It was perfect! Plus if it would have rained, we had the ceremony set up in the church too!
