Discover Florida #1

Whew!  So, we're back!  And what an awesome surprise, I come home to: 9 more followers AND a blog award!  Thanks, everybody :)

Thought I'd share with you a few pictures of our trip 2nd honeymoon...we absolutely had an amazing time at Discovery Cove and the Lady Antebellum concert!

First we started with feeding the stingrays....not my favorite thing in the world...

Don't you just love the expressions fear on my face?!

Had some encounters with endangered species, like this big guy.

Ah, and the main experience.  DOLPHINS!  Some of the sweetest, kindest, most intelligent animals I've ever seen.  What an amazing experience!

It was so special to experience this with my one and only!

The smiles don't lie, people!

I have two dolphins behind me, one nose on each of my feet, pushing me across the water.  What a ride!

Then Pat and I raced with our dolphins - Pat and CJ totally cheated!

One of the happiest moments!

After a full day at the park, we headed home, showered, and got prepared for the Lady Antebellum - Need You Now concert.  It was their first show headlining - so it was a special experience all around!

Their Tweet afterward:
We will NEVER forget tonight Orlando. First show of our FIRST headlining tour. Thank you thank you thank you for a great night...

Here they are performing an encore and really getting in touch with the fans. You can barely see my hat in this picture, but I'm up there, got pushed quite a bit as these guys sat down at the edge of the stage.  People are CRAZY!

If you haven't already seen these folks in concert, you must - they put on a fantastic show!

Their opening act was newcomer, David NailNumber one: cutie (who rocked a Mr. Rogers cardigan last night!).  Number two: amazing vocalist.  Go check him out!

Don't worry, more pictures are to come - these are only a few!  I hope you all have had a great week so far, I'm ready for the weekend, already! ;)
