Monday Madness!

Here's a dose of A LOT of pop culture news today, via me. I normally don't watch the VMA's anymore because MTV has gone to crap. Sure, I may watch The Hills (yes, I admit it), but where did the music videos go? That's another blog entry, though...but I'm sure everyone has heard about the Kanye West vs. Taylor Swift dilemma.

Taylor Swift had won one of the first awards of the night for best female video. She was up against folks like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, etc. She won and she was shocked. Here she is this 19 year-old country star winning on MTV. Great, right!?

Kanye West didn't think so. Watch this horrid event take place, you just have to feel so bad for Taylor. I'm team Taylor, by the way!

It was just a train wreck and you could only feel sorry for the kid. Kelly Clarkson said it best: "You're a sad human being, Kanye".

I bought the Rolling Stone limited edition magazine that's all about Michael Jackson. I figured I should probably get something since a pop legend recently passed. Maybe it will be worth something someday.
Just got these rad, girly ear plugs! Brody tends to find them on my nightstand and chew them up. So, these came in a great color AND has a handy-dandy case for those overzealous little pups.
Definitely an eventful day today! Now I'm ready for taco night!! Happy Monday, folks!

R.I.P. Patrick Swayze. He died today at the age of 57 from Pancreatic Cancer. We'll always remember Dirty Dancing!
