Hello! I just got back from Yorktown, Va. celebrating my Brother-in-law and Mother-in-law's birthdays. What a great time! More pictures to come in a later post regarding all of the fun shopping we had there!
Last Friday, Pat and I had a date night, and went to see Charlie St. Cloud at Muvico. If you've never heard of it, it's an amazing movie theatre, it's like none that I've been to. Chandaliers, beautiful decorations, and...
21 and over PREMIERE theatres! This place is amazing - no kids to watch and hear, there was a bar, huge seats, and you are allowed to bring in drinks and food from the bar/restaurant. It was amazing. I'll never go back to regular movie theatres again! Anyone else been to a Muvico?
Then we came back and decorated - much to my husbands chagrin ;) I found those amazing Goodwill finds, so I needed to show them off. But look what I did...I accidentally dropped my salt shaker.
Needless to say, I was upset. But the hubby fixed it with some Epoxy...it's as good as new!
We decided on a place to put them - as you're heading up the stairs to the top level. This way folks on the main level can still see the pop of color.
From the Family Room angle.
Here you can see what the view would look like as you head out the front door.
We also stopped by Charming Charlie and I found these fantastic earrings for only $6.00!

How was the movie?
I love Charming Charlie!
The Miranda Lambert song that plays every time I visit your blog... it's so beautiful. I can't explain how sad it makes me - but not in an awful way - in a touching way.
Hi Love your blog! I am following your blog and would love it if you could follow mine!

Sounds like an awesome place to go.
The sportsman and I have been trying to find new places to go together, and stay off the sofa.
GOt any suggestions?
That movie theatre sounds like my kind of place!
